Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Digital downloads
• Items on sale
• Already completed crafts

We will gladly accept cancellations 48 hours in advance for Event Room rentals. Events canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled event will not receive a refund.

Special events are non-refundable, as we purchase products and supplies for every ticket we sell and count on ticket sales as our final headcount for the event. Please contact us with any questions.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
